About Us
Dennis C. Gaughan, Esq. is a native of Hamburg, NY. He attended St. Francis High School, Syracuse University, and New York Law School and is a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. He was admitted to the New York State bar in 1984 and worked for the Erie County Department of Social Services before opening his own practice in 1990. The office moved to its current location in 1995. Currently, Dennis also serves as Assistant Town Prosecutor and Town Attorney for the Town of Hamburg and Village Prosecutor for the Village of Blasdell.
Dennis's practice includes bankruptcy, Social Security, divorce, real estate, wills and estate planning, family law (including child support, custody, and visitation), adoption and DWI. He employs a staff of 10 attorneys, clerks, and secretaries who share over 100 years of experience.
